Location
Saint Gervais-Les-Bains is a beautiful Spa town situated just 50 minutes drive from Geneva Airport, and only 15 minutes from Chamonix.
Apartment Bernadette is situated in a restored hotel which used to accommodate guests who wished to visit the local thermal baths and Tramway du Mont Blanc. This genteel town is blessed with a collection of great restaurants, cafes and bars. The area is great for families, couples and groups of friends.

The apartment is located only 500 metres from the shops, cafes and restaurants and is a short walk across the bridge to the gondola station. For those that would prefer not to walk, there are 2 stops for the free shuttle bus close by.
We have covered parking available for two cars, a garage and parking stall. Storage for bikes and skis is also available upon request.
Rates
We keep our rates competitive and we do not have a fixed changeover day. There is a minimum stay of 5 nights, and 7 days over holiday periods. Occasionally we can facilitate shorted stays if a small gap is created between bookings.
Rates are per night and exclude €150 cleaning and €150 laundry fee per stay as we have to pay these separately for each booking. We require 25% deposit at the time of booking with the remaining balance due at least 45 days prior to arrival.
We advertise on other sites. For bookings made directly via this site onlysaintg.com, we will give you a 10% discount on posted rates.

Private Transfer from Geneva Airport
If travelling with a family or group, it is more cost effective to book a private transfer.
Resort Rides provide a door to door professional service. www.resortrides.com
(They also provide a bespoke bike touring service during summer months)
If one or two persons travelling, and the flight times suit, there is the option of using BlaBla bus to and from Geneva Airport.
The train Leman Express also runs from Geneva to St Gervais-le-Fayet. If taking the train, you may be able to tie in with the local bus Y84 up to St Gervais le Pont.
Ski Rentals/service
Claude Penz Sports at le Bettex (mid station) is a one stop shop for ski and boot rentals. They also have lockers for rent so you can walk to and go up the Gondola in your soft boots.
Skiloc is another ski hire shop with ski storage also situated at Le Bettex

Food to Go
Maison Des Alpes is a fantastic delicatessen. The owner is a chef who has experience in both Glenagles and Turnberry. His home-made food is excellent and his stock of wine and cheese is superb. Take it home to heat
and enjoy. They also have raclette and fondu machines to rent and can supply the ingredients for a fun dining experience.
Le Serac Bistrot has a delicatessen section where you can buy food prepared by the chef to eat at home.

Swimming Pool
Saint Gervais-les-Bains has a great swimming pool and children's pool (with an outdoor pool in the summer).
Ice Rink/ Patinoire
There is also a great ice rink with public
sessions available most days.
Thermal Baths
There are thermal baths located nearby in Le Fayet. Reservations are recommended. There are specific sessions where children (under 13) are permitted.
Climbing & Zip Trekking
During the summer you can do these activities at the Thermal Park and up at Les Contamines
Local swimming Lakes
You will find a great natural swimming lake at Passy. There are pedalo boats, paddle boarding and an inflatable activity area.There is also a nice restaurant and BBQ areas. There is a smaller glacier fed lake in
Les Contamines. If you take the Gorge Gondola up from Les Contamines La Gorge you will find another small swimming lake & a great restaurant.
Driving Range
This can also be found at Les Contamines along with crazy golf, tennis courts and rowing boats.
Tennis Courts
There are 2 free courts at the Thermal Park and some clay courts which you can pay to use beside the swimming pool.
Hiking & Biking
As well as winter mountain activities you can hike or mountain bike during the summer.
